Storms can bring down trees, branches, and power lines, damaging property, vehicles and impacting access.
It’s crucial to understand the risks of a storm, and take simple steps to protect your property to ensure your safety. Preparing early is your best defence against storms.

TAFCO weather station network to expand
TAFCO has now launched 3 day forecasting by Janes Weather across all seven weather station sites with micro-forecasting available.
We are pleased to announce that Bendigo Community Bank Bright have supported an application to establish a weather station for Bright.
More locations will be announced soon.
FFMV*: Planned Burns
FFMV will ignite a planned burn on the Buffalo Range Track approx 21 kms SW of Harrietville within24 hours if conditions are suitable.
Further to this a burn is planned on the Gunns Track approx 9 Kms SW ofHarrietville within the next 10 days if conditions are suitable.
