Helicopters operating in Eurobin and Ovens for training


Rappel crews will be training at the Ovens airbase near Myrtleford from Monday, 21 October until Friday, 25 October. Residents and visitors may see helicopters operating in the Eurobin and Ovens areas.

Parks Victoria

Camping to be free across all state forests and national parks from Sunday, 1 December 2024


On Sunday, 13 October 2024, Premier Jacinta Allan and Minister for Environment Steve Dimopoulos announced camping will be free at all 131 of Parks Victoria’s paid campgrounds from 1 December 2024 until 30 June 2025. For more information, visit https://www.premier.vic.gov.au/free-camping
